grammY Upgrade

• Upgraded grammY from v1.40.0 to v1.45.1 with updated plugin ecosystem

Rich Messages API

• Migrated all bot messages from MarkdownV2 to Telegram's Rich Messages API (bold, italic, code, strikethrough, block quotes)
• Removed escapeForMarkdownV2AndBackslashes utility — no longer needed

Ephemeral Messages

• Optimization tips now sent as ephemeral messages (visible only to the regex author, auto-deleted after 10 seconds)
• Dangerous pattern warnings are ephemeral to the regex author

Optimization Tips Fix

• Fixed false positive: \\, \S, \f, \v no longer flagged as unnecessary escapes
• Per-escape tips now provide specific pattern/reason instead of generic messages
• Capturing groups warning is suppressed when all groups are referenced in the replacement string

CI Fixes

• Consolidated release workflow into single job
• Added Forgejo login to build-push-action v6 for cache blob uploads
• Made Telegram API tests optional (skipped without TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN)
• Fixed Docker layer caching with build-push-action v6
• Fixed double && typo in ltf:check script
• Upgraded gitleaks image to latest
• Added install step for jq, fj, curl, zip in release workflow

Formatting

• Applied prettier formatting across entire codebase
